The Arkansas Adult Use Cannabis Amendment (AAUCA). Dispensaries licensed under Amendment 98 will be able to sell to adults 21 years of age and older starting December 4, 2020. Small home cultivation of six mature plants and six seedlings will be allowed.
Another proposal potentially on the ballot is The Arkansas Recreational Marijuana Amendment of 2020 by William Barger
The Arkansas Marijuana Expungement Amendment [AMEA] basically makes legalization retroactive. Persons with marijuana convictions involving paraphernalia or less than A POUND of marijuana releases them from incarceration and expunges their record.
For this election that is 89,151 and at least 15 counties.
